What is MCT Powder?

MCT powder is a dietary supplement made from MCT oil and it contains medium-chain triglycerides.  Its popularity has grown in recent years, in large part due to the multitude of benefits it offers, including weight loss, increased metabolism, and more.

MCT oil is made from coconut through a manufacturing process.  As an oil, it has little to no taste or smell, which makes it ideal to mix with food or drinks, and it can even be consumed straight from the bottle.  As a powder, although it has no strong flavour or odour, it is not the purest form of MCT but it is still beneficial in many ways.
