SHIPPING    

We use the following methods depending on your area:

  • Australia Post
  • Couriers Please Express
  • TNT Express
  1. All orders being delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Collect that have a total weight of below 22kg will be delivered using Australia Post service.

  2. Any orders weighing 22kg or more cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Collect, a residential or business address must be provided.

  3. All orders being delivered to metro areas will be delivered with Couriers Please or TNT.

  4. Signature will be required for most deliveries if not advised otherwise at the moment with Australia Post signature is extra $2.95 per parcel.  Please let us know which courier you prefer for delivery and, where possible, we will make every effort to meet your request.

  5. All orders made before 12:30pm will be processed on the same business day.  Orders made after 12:30pm will be processed within the next business day. 

  6. Once all orders are processed and ready for despatch, we will update the tracking. 

  7. Please visit the courier’s website to track the parcel.

  8. If you think you might not be at home to collect the parcel and have somewhere safe to leave it, please enter instructions in the ‘Instructions when checking out or alternatively you can update your address details to include ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE’ and indicate a specific location.

  9. If you do not receive the products within 5 – 7 business days, please contact the relevant courier company. 

  10. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided by the courier company, please contact us. We will gladly help in any way we can.

  11. Because we have low margins, we recommend you try to locate the parcel yourself online before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE:  PARCELS TO WA, TAS, QLD, NT & REGIONAL AREAS MAY TAKE MORE THAN 8 DAYS. 
Sometimes we do get things wrong, and we will do our best to correct the issue ASAP!  In the event of an error, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate the issue and do our best to rectify the situation.     

RETURNS POLICY     

If you have made a purchase and need to return it for whatever reason, we will happily refund the amount for the goods minus any postage costs incurred by the seller (even if you make a purchase with free delivery, there will always be a postage cost to the seller).  Once the package has been returned in its original condition we will then proceed with a partial refund.  Return freight is at the expense of the BUYER. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of payment.   

Returned products MUST be sent to us unopened and unused in their original packaging.
