What is Manuka Honey Powder?

Manuka is the honey produced from bees that have foraged Leptospermum trees, native to Australia and New Zealand.

Manuka honey is different from regular honey and is believed to have been used by native Australian and Māori cultures for many years for it’s believed to have medicinal properties.

Our Manuka Honey Powder is produced from Australian or New Zealand Manuka Honey.  The Manuka Honey is blended with tapioca maltodextrin and then dried through the innovative low temperature process to preserve flavour and colour.  The powder is milled to give a uniform product and then packaged in a stand up pouch to maintain freshness.

One kilogram of Manuka Honey Powder equals 0.58 kilogram of Manuka Honey.
